Extension of the 2nd floor of the existing Khalidiyah Mall and creating an international standards Gymnasium Hall including changing, lockers and all facilities. A BUA of 3,500m² with 7m heights in steel structure and external finishes matching existing.
Concept and Detail Design of Architecture, Structure, MEP, Interiors, Project Management, Site Supervision during construction and obtaining local authorities’ approval.
